About me

Hi everyone, welcome to my personal website. I’m final-year student at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where I am studying Computer Science (CSE), Mathematics (MATH), Data Science (DSCT), and General Business Management (GBM). I am also a proud Saigonese! Click into “Saigonese” to know a brief introduction about my city, Saigon!

My current research interest is about AI for Scientific Discovery, AI4Science. Personally, I am also trying to expand my interest a bit to Computer Vision, so I do spend some time understanding Visual-Language Model recently.

My hobbies (that do not relate to academics at all :P) is to watch movies, read books (that not so many people read :P), and learn languages. Currently, I am learning Mandarin（華語）and Cantonese（廣東話）although my Cantonese does not get any better (updated: I think I am quite good at Taiwanese Mandarin now, but my Cantonese does not get much improvements).

I am also a Poker player, and a fan of boardgame (althought I don’t play much :P). In my free time, watching movie is what I normally do, since I believe 「在電影裡，看見自己」(you see yourself inside the movie).

(Tiếng Việt) Về bản thân ====== Hello mọi người đã tới website của mình! Mình đang là sanh viên năm cuối tại HKUST, Hong Kong, học CS, Math, Data Science, và Business. Trước đó ở Sài Gòn, mình học cấp 2 tại Trần Đại Nghĩa, và cấp 3 tại Phổ thông Năng Khiếu, lớp chuyên Toán.

Mình hiện tại đang làm nghiên cứu về AI, đặc biệt là các câu hỏi liên qun tới AI4Science, AI4Scientific Discovery. Mình cũng đang muốn mở rộng hướng nghiên cứu, nên rất vinh dự được hợp tác nếu mọi người mở lời XD!
